Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment has been successfully received.
Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.
During periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly extended.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Please allow 2-5 business days for tracking information to update after shipment.
Shipping Costs
We currently offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders.
No minimum purchase is required.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
AMANET is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. Additional shipping charges may apply if a package must be reshipped.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will work with the carrier to investigate the issue.
While we will do our best to assist, AMANET is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, weather conditions, or other events outside our control.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos of the damaged item and packaging.
We will review the claim and provide an appropriate resolution.
